It’s late spring along the Amalfi Coast where Stephanie and Chris have chosen to elope. Travelling from the states, they are greeted by pleasant spring weather, lush greenery decorating the alleyways of Positano and the Mediterranean Sea crashing on the coastline. The sea meets them under the mountainscape of dappled houses, painted in pastel colors of pinks, yellows and dusty blues. The edges of the coast creates a depth of historic significance and beauty beyond comprehension. A perfect coastal spring elopement, planned in part by Marigiulia Sella Weddings – making their international dreams come true. 

I found myself (barefoot on the cool tile flooring) and in deep gratitude to travel with Stephanie and Chris to photograph their elopement. A quiet morning getting ready together, a rooftop ceremony with the classic “Positano” background you see in the magazines, and a walk at dusk on the beach (with an even more stunning sunset) – this was one for the books.
